MENTAL HEALTH & SUBSTANCE USE

This section includes information and products about mental health, drug use, and alcohol use. These resources can help with messaging and response, including communicating about mental wellness, harm reduction, substance abuse disorder, and reducing stigma. Resources are organized by product type and topic, with a brief title to describe what is in the link.

Pour demander une ressource créée par le SAC en français, veuillez envoyer un courriel à ontario-communications@sac-isc.gc.ca. Resources have been organized from multiple organizations. A full list of all sources and their acronyms can be found on the home page.  To expand each list of resources, click the plus (+) sign beside each subheading. To close the list, click the minus (–) sign beside each subheading.

You can also access more resources through PHAC’s Mental Health and wellness page. It includes available resources and services, shareable items for social media, and information about specific mental health topics.
